Copenhagen, November 5, 2026
Tily can now review documents and find relevant information about your properties. We have also launched new features for maintenance and CO₂ planning, taken the stage with OBOS in Oslo, and welcomed new colleagues.
Here is the autumn news from proprty.ai.
Tily reviews your documents
Tily can now help you extract information from documents into proprty.ai.
Upload a document, and Tily will review the content, find relevant information, and match it with your properties.
You will receive the suggestions for review before anything is updated. If Tily is unsure about a match, it will ask for your approval.
Images you send to Tily during a registration are also automatically saved to the relevant building component.
Tily is built on the domain-specific AI in proprty.ai and is available in open beta.
More product news
Price estimates from Tily. When Tily creates a maintenance activity, it suggests a price based on similar activities and AI predictions. If it is unclear whether the activity should be scheduled, Tily will ask first.
Activities directly from the building component. View existing activities and create new, unscheduled activities directly from the individual building component.
New workspace for CO₂ reduction. Set goals, plan improvements, and get an overview of expected energy savings. A new energy plan shows the savings in kWh per year.
Estimated energy rating after improvements. See how planned improvements are expected to affect the building's energy rating. The estimate is displayed on the property overview and the building page and is not an official certification.
Full-screen 3D. Building 3D models can now be opened in full screen.
The CO₂ module is available in Denmark for buildings with an existing energy performance certificate.
On stage with OBOS in Oslo

More than 1,000 attendees gathered for the Oslo Proptech Summit, where our Founder & CEO, Anders Holm Jørgensen, took the stage twice.
One of the sessions was held together with OBOS under the title “From backlog to insight and value”.
The focus here was on a key challenge for property owners: How do you decide what to maintain first?
The conversation centered on how knowledge about building conditions, remaining service life, and maintenance costs can create a better foundation for prioritization.
proprty.ai nominated for two awards

We have been nominated for EY Entrepreneur Of The Year 2026 in the Growth category and Nordic PropTech Awards 2027.
The finalists for the Nordic PropTech Awards will be announced on November 17, and the winners will be crowned at the PropTech Symposium'27 in Copenhagen this May.
We are pleased with the recognition and grateful to the customers who help drive our development.
Welcome to Gaute and Oscar

We have welcomed two new colleagues.
Gaute Silseth has started as Sales Lead in Norway, while Oscar Werner has joined as a data engineer. Oscar will help develop and maintain the data foundation that our AI predictions are built upon.
And we are not done growing.
We are currently looking for five new colleagues for our sales teams in Copenhagen, Oslo, and Amsterdam, as well as two for our tech team in Copenhagen.
